SECTION 2190.110 ADMINISTRATION OF THE PLAN
Section 2190.110 Administration of the Plan
a) The Plan shall be administered by the Plan Administrator.
b) The Department reserves the right to enter into agreements with other agencies to
delegate various record keeping and other administrative functions to the employing agencies of the participants.
c) It shall be the principal duty of the Department to see that the Plan is carried out for the exclusive benefit of persons entitled to participate in the Plan without discrimination among them.
