    AN ACT concerning property.
 
    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
 
    Section 5. Upon the payment of the sum of $2,700 to the
State of Illinois, and subject to the conditions set forth in
Section 15, the People of the State of Illinois hereby release
the following described land in Monroe County, Illinois from
all dedication and easement rights and interest acquired for
highway purposes:
 
    Parcel No. 800XC79:
 
    That part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 1, Township
    4 South, Range 9 West of the Third Principal Meridian,
    Monroe County, Illinois described as follows:
 
    Commencing at an iron pin with cap at the southwest corner
    of said northwest quarter of Section 1, thence on the
    south line of said northwest quarter of Section 1 on an
    assumed bearing of North 89 degrees 55 minutes 31 seconds
    East, a distance of 1,326.16 feet to the east line of the
    west half of said northwest quarter of Section 1; thence
    on said east line of the west half of the northwest quarter
    of Section 1, North 0 degrees 12 minutes 35 seconds West, a
    distance of 193.43 feet to the south right-of-way line of
    Illinois Route 3 as described in Circuit Court of Monroe
    County Decree No. 616 dated October 6, 1958; thence
    northwesterly 782.00 feet on said south right of way line
    of Illinois Route 3 on a curve to the right, having a
    radius of 5799.65 feet, the chord of said curve bears
    North 42 degrees 42 minutes 12 seconds West, 781.41 feet,
    said curve being 70.00 feet southerly of and concentric
    with the centerline of said Illinois Route 3, to the north
    corner of a tract of land described in the deed to William
    P. Hatley and Teresa S. Hatley, as Joint Tenants, as
    recorded February 2, 1983 in Book 139, Page 713, said
    corner being the Point of Beginning.
 
    From said Point of Beginning; thence northwesterly 194.99
    feet on a curve to the right, having a radius of 5,799.65
    feet, the chord of said curve bears North 37 degrees 52
    minutes 38 seconds West, 194.98 feet, said curve being
    70.00 feet southerly of and concentric with the centerline
    of said Illinois Route 3; thence westerly 163.71 feet on a
    curve to the left having a radius of 60.00 feet, the chord
    of said curve bears South 64 degrees 55 minutes 20 seconds
    West, 117.45 feet; thence southerly 240.80 feet on a curve
    to the left, having a radius of 2,000.00 feet, the chord of
    said curve bears South 16 degrees 41 minutes 26 seconds
    East, 240.66 feet to the existing southeasterly
    right-of-way line of said Illinois Route 3; thence North
    51 degrees 09 minutes 34 seconds East, 201.53 feet on said
    right-of-way line to the Point of Beginning.
 
    Said parcel 800XC79 herein described contains 0.8790 acre
    or 38,290 square feet, more or less.
 
    Section 10. Upon the payment of the sum of $152,835 to the
State of Illinois, and subject to the conditions set forth in
Section 15, the People of the State of Illinois hereby release
or restore any rights of easements of access, crossing, light,
air, and view from, to, and over the following described land
in Kane County, subject to permit requirements of the State of
Illinois, Department of Transportation:
 
    Parcel No. 1WY0414:
 
    That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast
    Quarter of Section 16, Township 38 North, Range 7 East of
    the Third Principal Meridian, in Kane County, Illinois
    described as follows:
 
    Commencing at the intersection of the south right-of-way
    line of Galena Boulevard as dedicated by a Plat of
    Dedication recorded May 9, 2008 as document number
    2008K039972 with the west right-of-way line of Illinois
    Route 47 as dedicated by a Warranty Deed recorded August
    18, 1959 as document number 897944; thence South 00
    degrees 04 minutes 31 seconds East, 576.34 feet along the
    said west right-of-way line of Illinois Route 47 to the
    Point of Beginning of a Release of Access Control; thence
    continuing South 00 degrees 04 minutes 31 seconds East,
    66.00 feet along said west right-of-way line to the Point
    of Terminus of a Release of Access Control.
 
    No other access will be allowed to IL Route 47.
 
    Section 15. The Department of Transportation shall obtain
a certified copy of this Act within 60 days after its effective
date and, upon receipt of the payments required by Section 5
and 10, shall record the certified document in the Recorder's
Office in the county in which the land is located.
 
    Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
becoming law.
