AN ACT concerning transportation.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|
represented in the General Assembly:
|
Section 5. The Illinois Vehicle Code is amended by adding |
Section 18d-185 as follows:

Sec. 18d-185. Consumer complaints against safety |
relocators. The Commission shall post a notice of the |
administrative citations issued to a safety relocator and the |
disposition of the administrative citation on its website.
